About All In One Home Repair & Remodeling

We do the whole job right because we learned the hard way that shortcuts cost more than honesty.

Where This Started

I started as a helper with my dad on framing crews around New Orleans. We'd show up early, work hard, and leave knowing we'd built something solid. My dad didn't talk much about the work—he just did it right. That stuck with me. Years later, when I started getting calls for repairs and remodels, I noticed something: most contractors treated jobs like items on a checklist. They'd send one crew for plumbing, another for drywall, a third for finishing. The homeowner became a referee between different trades, and nothing felt connected.

That's when I realized what was missing. I started All In One Home Repair & Remodeling because I wanted to bring that same discipline my dad taught me—one crew, one vision, one person who cares whether it's done right—to every job we touch. We built our team around that idea: we have the trades in-house to handle everything from foundation to finish. One call. No handoffs. No excuses.

What Ten Years of Remodels Taught Us

I'll admit I'm demanding. My crew knows I'm the guy who shows up to check details because I've seen what happens when you don't. A quarter-inch gap in trim, a baseline that's off by half an inch—small things break trust with a homeowner faster than anything else. We do things right the first time because we've learned that rework costs time, money, and your reputation. When you're doing a kitchen remodel or a bathroom, the homeowner is living through chaos. The least we can do is minimize it and deliver what we promised.

We've also learned that every house tells a story. A 1920s Craftsman has different bones than a 1980s tract home. We don't treat them the same. We listen to what the house is telling us and what the homeowner needs. Sometimes that means recommending against an idea that won't work structurally. Sometimes it means catching problems early—water intrusion, outdated electrical, foundation shifts—before they become disasters. That honesty upfront saves money later.

'I'd rather be known for being tough on my crew and easy with homeowners than the other way around. That's the trade I made.'

How We Actually Work

When you call us, you get clarity from the first conversation. We show up, we listen, and we tell you what we see—not what sells, but what's true. We have framers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and finishers on the same team, so the work flows like it should. No subcontractor excuses. No passing the buck. You'll see the same faces throughout the project, and you'll know who to call if anything feels off.

That's what it means to work with us: you get a partner who cares about the details, shows up when he says he will, and wants the job done right because that's the only way we know how. Give us a call and let's talk about what you're building.
